It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Well, at least that’s how the song goes. But try going to the mall this weekend and see how “wonderful” people can really be! Streets are more crowded, lines are longer and patience is shorter, which all adds up to a lot of angry people during the Christmas season.
So I want to extend a challenge to you. Let’s see if the people of CrossBridge Church can perform 100 “random acts of Christmas”! Could be anything…offer to help someone get their 40 bags of gifts out to the car from the mall, giving the closer parking space to someone else, buying a candy bar for that whining child behind you in line at the grocery store, a phone call to someone who is lonely at Christmas, a note to a military service member deployed overseas (or family who is missing them!), sharing Christ with someone in need, help someone wrap their gifts or just send some cookies to the neighbors that seem to know just how to step on your last nerve!
Now, the only way to know if we reach that goal is if everyone participates and lets us know about your “random acts of Christmas”! So post it on the church Facebook page (
facebook.com/crossbridgetexas), or send a message or email or text…something…just let us know so we can keep track. We can do this…and who knows how something so simple may impact someone’s life. Join the movement…100 “random acts of Christmas”!

REVIVE Student Bible Study: Each Wednesday evening we have some fun and spend some time in the Word. Encourage each other to be involved in Revive! Toy Drive benefiting Star of Hope ends next Wednesday the 15th. We’ll have our Revive Christmas party at the church at 7…bring the toys you’ve collected by then! See
